REFUND POLICY:
We are so confident in our items that we offer a 14 day no quibbles money back guarantee. Provided that the item is returned to us within the allotted time period & in exactly the condition we sent it to you， all monies including p+p will be refunded. In some cases we appreciate information as to why you were not 100% satisfied with the item to help us better our service & product range in the future, this will in no way impact your refund. Items of clothing are returnable but please be aware that we charge a £3.00 restocking fee per item to cover our costs. Items of lingerie are non refundable. Please follow the size chat before you purchase.
POSTAGE AND PACKING:
All items that have been paid for before 3:00pm using Paypal will be dispatched on the same day excluding weekends & Bank holidays. Any items paid for before 9:00am on Saturday will be dispatched on the same day. This offer excludes wholesale items. This offer is only applicable to instant payments received by Paypal. Cheques & postal orders may have to be processed before items can be dispatched. We only use Royal mail first class recorded within UK and air post internationally. Within Uk the postage is completely FREE. Internationally the postage is 5.00GBP per item and each additional item will be charged at 1.50GBP per item. The postage in completely FREE for international orders over 50.00GBP, and a free gift will be given.
PAYMENT:
Paypal is our preferred method of payment, Paypal protects the buyers & it is safe as nobody gets access to your bank details apart from paypal. We do accept cheques & postal orders in Sterling only.
